    The study was designed in order to manage the volunteers programs effectively, there is a need to investigate the factors that effect volunteers' satisfaction and duration of volunteers services. The purpose of this study was to find the effect of conflict factors on volunteers' satisfaction and duration, which volunteers experience on personal, interpersonal, role conflict and organized level in providing volunteers services. Using the data collected by nonrandom sample from 250 volunteers(120 college students, 69 house wives, 61 elderly), a theoretical model developed in this study was tested. For data analysis, t-test, ANOVA and multiple regression analysis were used. 1. The factors affecting volunteers program satisfaction : First, the effects of each conflict factors on volunteers program satisfaction were analyzed. As a result of analysis, the following were found. Among the personal conflict factor, the previous experiences increased volunteers program satisfaction. Among the interpersonal conflict factors, role conflict with volunteers and adminstration reduced volunteers program satisfaction. Among the organized conflict factors, conflict with polices and communication reduced volunteers program satisfaction. Second, the effects of 4 conflict factors on the volunteers program satisfaction was analyzed. It was found that volunteers program satisfaction was high when the previous volunteers experience was positive. 2. The factors affecting volunteers activity satisfaction : First, the effects of each factor on volunteers activity satisfaction were analyzed. As a result of analysis, the following were found. Among the personal conflict factors, the previous experiences increased volunteers activity satisfaction. Among the role conflict in providing volunteer services, importance of volunteers service increased volunteers activity satisfaction. Among the organized conflict factors, conflict with polices reduced volunteers activity satisfaction. Second, the effects of 4 conflict factors on the volunteers program satisfaction was analyzed. It was found that volunteers activity satisfaction was high when the previous volunteers experience was positive. 3. The factors affecting duration of volunteers services : First, the effects of each factor on the duration of volunteers services were analyzed. As a result of analysis, the following were found. Among the personal conflict factors, the previous experiences increased duration of volunteers services. Among the role conflict in providing volunteer services, importance and autonomy in volunteers services increased duration of volunteers services. Among the organized conflict factors, conflict with polices and communication reduced duration of volunteers services. Second, the effects of 4 conflict factors on the duration of volunteers services were analyzed. It was found that the duration of volunteers services were high when the previous volunteers experience was positive and when the relationship conflicts with clients was low. Based on the findings, the strategies to increase volunteers' satisfaction and duration of volunteers services reducing conflict factors experienced by volunteers were suggested and implication for effective volunteers program manage were discussed.
