    The purpose of this research is to derive the principal design parameters governing the frequency response characteristics of nozzle-flapper type two stage electrohydraulic flow control servo valve with force feedback. For this purpose, the numerical modeling of the electrohydraulic servo valve system was performed passing by the torque motor analysis, the dynamic characteristics analysis for flapper-nozzle and feedback spring and the fluid flow analysis for the displacement of spool. and also the parameter sensitivity analysis to a frequency response characteristics was accomplished. As a result of these analysis, it was found the facts that an effect of the torque motor gain is the largest in the sensitivity for amplitude ratio and an an effect of the spool diameter is the largest in the sensitivity for phase difference and then a basis for improvement of a dynamic characteristics of servo valve was arranged.
