    The purpose of this study is to analyze and present the hierarchy of educational contents and learning activities of literature domain in the Korean subjects. The concrete problems of this study are as follows; First, How the hierarchy of educational contents of literature domain in the Korean subjects composed of? Second, How learning contents of literature domain in the Korean subjects composed of? Third, How the hierarchy of learning tasks according to the genre of literature domain in the Korean subjects composed of? This study was done by a literature review. This study was focused on analyzing the educational contents and learning activities of literature domain in the Korean subjects manifested on curriculum of national level. References of this study were『the curriculum of elementary and secondary school ; the notification's number 1997-15 of Education Department』,『Explanations of elementary curriculum』,『Explanations ofcurriculum of middle school』,『Explanations of curriculum of high school』, and『Teacher's guidance of the Korean subjects ; 1st grade-10th grade』. The system of educational contents of literature domains in the Korean subjects consists in the hierarchies of learning activities are as follows; 1st, making students interested in literature and reading literature works pleasantly. 2nd, comparing the actual world with world in literature. 3rd, recognizing the role of the components of the literature works and grasping the subject of the literature works. 4th, connecting various lives of the features of literature works with actual world. 5th, recomposing and altering the story of a part of the literature works in learner's own way. 6th, changing the genre of the literature works. 7th, dividing the fork of literature works. 8th, granting a worth to the literature works. 9th, grasping the construct of the literature works. 10th, understanding the social and cultural phase of literature works. 11th, analyzing, appreciating, and criticizing literature works in various methods and viewpoints. 12th, understanding the characteristics of literature works. 13th, accepting the traditions and values of literature works. 14th, writing literature works(poem, novel, drama, essay).
