The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of combined exercise training on CRP, body composition, blood components and cardiopulmonary function of elderly men. The subjects of this study were composed of 20 elderly men that CRP nomal group(CNG) included 60.17±4.53 years old and CRP high group(CHG) included 63.73±2.12 years old. The aerobic exercise was 50-70% HRmax(Intensity), 20-28 minutes and the resistance exercise was 60-70% of 2-10 minutes a day(Duration), 5 days a week(Frequency) during 16 weeks. The variables of CRP, body composition, blood components and cardiopulmonary function were measured before and after 16 week combined exercise. The results obtain were as following; 1.
