    A research is conducted to develope the CLS(Control Loading System) with mechanical linkage, reversible, flight control devices to model the KT-1 aircraft control system. For this purpose, the CLS operation environment is built and tested. The system is organized into the mechanical external form, the motors simulating the reaction force from a stick, the sensing part to measure force and the safety devices. The DSP (Digital Signal Processor) is the controller and the input-output signal connection between hardware and PC. The CLS of Pitch and Roll models the flight control system of the subject aircraft (KT-1). The CLS model, its desi후 and manufacture are described. The controller design and the system composition of the CLS, along with the CLS operation, the S/W monitoring, real time test tools are also described. The test and evaluation of the CLS and the operating environment(KT-1) are presented.
