    In the Thermal and the atomic energy power plants, it is used cooling water in order to cool discharge steam of Turbine, but is using seawater as cooling water commonly at this time. High and low of seawater is not harsh, and an East Sea region uses seawater as a circulation number pump directly, and it is discharged with Discharge Tunnel in a conduit pipe. This cooling water is discharged more a bit than temperature of Intake sea water high. A mixture is achieved in a quotient on the water by temperature of risen seawater and a drop of a drainageway exit, and external air flows, and foam is generated. Specially, as for the bubble occurrence for a conduit pipe, it is got worse by cooling water amount used increase more if a power station is expanded in the existing power station. At this time stable foam becomes formation as a floating matter is attached to the happened blister Foam face several kinds of and promotes growth of a blister and becomes time with Sir. As time passes, as for the bubble which it occurred in, it is extinguished with a nature enemy, but an extinction degree differs for a floating matter in air according to temperature of seawater, a pollution level. Foam does not have harmfulness, but it is the misgovernment that it is recognizing to be harmful dimly, and, as for the bubble, what it musts be to an unfavorable matter lover on a beautiful sight is true too. several kinds covers which air did not flow into the water which went out of the cooling water which flowed from a circulation number system into Measures to remove the bubble which it occurred in, A way of the back who let inducing seawater on the water directly to the lower part, stream of seawater said in an outlet slant in order to become slowly is. Application is possible, but must stop an operation in a power station or the industrial facilities which are newly established newly in case of existing power station. Most of power plants install multi-fence in discharge zone and is preventing spread of bubble. Therefore, this study purpose is going to have been studied on development of the removing device which can remove foam.
