Language plays a very important role as the tool of communication. It is, also, closely connected with an individual development. The children suffering from developmental difficulty are observed to have a communicational problem. The focus of this study is as follows. First, the reaction form of communication from autistic disorder children is to be considered. Second, by comparing with the children whose communicative competence is undeveloped owing to mental retardation, their way of using language is to be presented. Finally, The relation between the age of language development and the form of communication will be illuminated. The result of this study shows that two obvious forms, acceptance and rejection, are happened under denial. In an acceptable case, a child spoke following what we said, but .in another case, a child revised the voice to a high tone and expressed his dissatisfaction using the words such as "No" and "Not". The reaction of autistic children depends on their age. The children from 27 months to 38 months old spoke as what we said and from 39-month to 52-month-old children revised the answer changing the volume of voice. Lastly, from 39-month to 57-month-old children used the "No" or "Not" words to reject. The ten children who have a mental problem reacted in several ways by speaking as what we say, revising the answer correctly, and using "No" "Not" words to reject. Most of the children spoke as what we said but 38-month-old child used unsatisfied words like "No" "Not". The two childrenwho have a mental retardation reacted changing the volume of voice. In sum, the language of autistic children varies depending on their age and they are presented that they have quite developed communicative competence. Mental retardationchildren, however, generally react by speaking passively not depending on their age.
