    The topography notification system of city planning facilities which is sharply opposite to the ownership of people shows disagreement of data with names, forms, production years, renewal periods, production processes and methods etc. It is not standardized, and shows relatively obsolete phenomena as it still adhere to the analogue way. Although city planning lines have been decided with the city planning approach for the composition of pleasant living atmosphere, it results in violating people's ownership with the absence of work cooperation between departments with the neglect of caring the execution facilities for long time in reality. Therefore, this study pointed the problems of the cadastral notification system of current city planning facilities and reached to the conclusions as follows. First, as the city planning maps are produced in different ways according to the departments-in-charge of local self-governments and the map producing companies, the problems of the data disagreement are occurred. However, if PBLIS data are utilized for the cadastral notification work of the city planning facilities, standardized data of PBLIS is used not only for securing the flexibility of data, but also for the continuous update of the data change and it can affect to the reflection of reality as well as to the constant management of city planning line and to solving the disagreement problems according to the update period. Second, if utilize PBLIS data for the cadastral notification of city planning facilities, the disagreement phenomenon caused by the newly built differences between the cadastral map and topographic map, or discord or overlapping problems between city planning lines and cadastral lines can be prevented. Also, after the cadastral notification of city planning facilities, as the management of city planning line is transferred to the cadastral department, the trust of cadastral lines and the management of city planning lines will be secured and, as providing the continuity of cadastral works and issuing work of the certificate of land utilization planning, the possibility of occurrence of civil affairs owing to the disagreement of city planning line and cadastral lines. Thirdly, to solve the problem of the differences between the area of the city planning facilities and the area of the city planning facilities registered on the protocol as a solution for long-term neglected facilities problem, large amount of time and cost are required from the process of investigation and registry processes, when choose the plan to do cadastral notification as record of city planning lines on PBLIS, as the area of the facilities are automatically computed, so that it is expected to prevent form the unnecessary investment as well as improve public welfare and the quality of the lives of citizens. Forth, to smoothly progress works between relevant departments; it would be necessary to consider establishing a work committee for cooperative business progressing system, which can be subjected by the temporal Public officials of the department-in-charge and the relevant Public officials-in-charge.
