    The purpose of this study is to provide and analyze the system and contents of educational programs in the industry. The concrete problems based on the purpose and the necessity of this study are as follows; First, what are the system and contents of common educational program made up of? Second, what are the system and contents of work educational program made up of? Third, what are the system and contents of leadership educational program made up of? This study was done by literature review. Main materials used in this study were Industrial Training Comprehensive Bibliography of Korea Human Resource Development(1996), Educational Program of Korea Productivity Center(2003), Educational Program of Korea Personnel Improvement Association(2003), and Educational Program of Korea Industrial Development Institute(2003). As the result of this study, the system of educational programs in the industry can be divided into common education, work education, and leadership education. Common educational program is divided into information-oriented education and internationalization education. Information-oriented education can be subdivided into education of office automation, managing database, managing work schedule and searching information. Internationalization education can be subdivided into education of linguistic ability, practical English, business language and the understanding of other culture. Work educational program is divided into the field of support, production, and management. The field of support is divided into the part of taking orders, managing orders and purchasing. Each part can be subdivided into basic education for staffs, professional education for department chiefs and strategic education for the department managers. The field of production is divided into the part of developing products, making products, assisting technology, and inspecting and quality management. Each part can be subdivided into basic education for staffs, professional education for department chiefs and strategic education for department managers. The field of management is divided into the part of personnel, financial affairs, and management. Each part can be subdivided into basic education for staffs, professional education for the department chiefs and strategic education for department managers. Leadership educational program is divided into personal education, strategic education and class education. Personal education can be subdivided into the course of elevating self managing ability, elevating work managing ability and elevating system managing ability. Strategic education can be subdivided into the course of cultivating managing staffs' coaching ability, raising leadership by the class of his position, and elevating executive members' ability. Class education can be subdivided into education for new staffs, education for experienced staffs and education for promotional staffs. As the result of this study, the conclusions can are as follows; Information-oriented education of common educational program needs to be strengthened by computer application education and education of coping with virus. Internationalization education needs to be strengthened by learning Japanese and Chinese and general education of international business. Education of taking orders of the support field in work educational program needs to be strengthened by systematization education of business working and education of building marketing. Education of managing orders needs to be strengthened by education of general management and education of making plans. Education of purchasing needs to be strengthened by education of innovating price and education of developing client companies. Education of developing products of the production field needs to be strengthened by education of developing core technology, education for activating the development of products and research education by the cooperation of industries and schools . Education of making products needs to be strengthened by education of production manpower specialization, multi-functioning and production managing method. Education of assisting technology needs to be strengthened by education of managing technology and practical technology. Education of inspecting products and quality management needs to be strengthened by education of the new method of inspecting quality and education of quality managing system. Personnel management education needs to be strengthened by education of coexistence and raising HRD professionals. Financial management education needs to be strengthened by education of tax information and system financial analysis. Business management education needs to be strengthened by education of moral management, venture management and environmental management. Personal education of leadership educational program needs to be strengthened by education of personal experience, managing the new generation and managing personal relations. Strategic education needs to be strengthened by education of raising his staffs and managing e-business. Class education needs to be strengthened by education intensifying work.
