Accordingly, we consider the character and understand the actual condition of the complex under examination of moving in the local industrial complex appointed in 1960`s, 1970`s. In this study we present the management plan, especially around Jinju Sang-Pyoung industrial complex, facing with the changes if the urban space and the times. Though this study, existing industrial complex in the center of the city has problems in urban spatial structure but takes an important position in the situation of the local economy. And researches of the resident company show necessity of moving is necessary but there is no thought of moving the company. In consideration of this condition, the improvement of the urban regeneration is the following. First, we need selective reception of the moving and improvement. Second, we need to make the urban space combined with residence, industry, commerce and culture. Third, we need to consider the activation of the local economy. Therefore, we need systematic plan for the moving and improvement of the company and variable programs about the development of the gradual moving than a sweeping change in consideration of the urban regeneration. In this study we present moving and improvement plans for the urban regeneration on the foundation of the problem of the existing urban industrial complex. We provide the activation plan of the industrial complex through the proper restructure accepting the economic function of the industrial complex and structural function of the urban space.
