    Water is the fundamental resource that keeps the life and survival of all living objects including human being. Acting on physiological functions such as digestion process, the absorption of nutrition, the discharge of waste material and the body temperature control, adult is subject to drink at least 1-2ℓwater per day, although the difference of extent is according to people's physical constitution. Human body is composed of over 70% water, 90% in the case of blood, 80% in brain, 75% in muscles and water plays an important role in activating the function of human body according to the property that water in the body. In this study, the characteristics of far-infrared rays mineral water(FIR water) have been compared to the tap water by means of relationship between FIR water and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(NMR),thermography, velocity of blood gas discharge visualization(GDV) and pH, dissolved oxygen(DO), oxidation-reduction potential, using the developed FIR water purification system. Comparing with the tap water, the FIR water was evaluated to tasty and healthy using Hashimotos Mineral Balance Index. As a result, the FIR water appeared to be good for tasty and healthy water.
