    In mathematics understanding of Rational Number is essential and important. However, in case of middle school students, they feel difficulty to understand of the conception of it. So this researcher resumed that the reason results from their improper understanding for Rational Number. Various aspects which is found when they study about Rational Number is analyzed by document surveying, serious interviewing, influencing of linguistic, text or text-curriculum, empathized studying, explaining of specific examples, influencing by teacher itself and trend of concentrating for a part of conception. As a results of those analysis, this researcher thought certain method for understanding of proper concept had to be made in the field of teaching-studying. Second, this researcher thought having discussing time with students is necessary because the aspects found when they study the concept. Third, as a fact of teaching and teacher-teaching, I strongly recommend that teaching teachers is essential. And finally in mathematics, it is also necessary to show common concept of fraction and Rational Number in the level of academy. Thus, this researcher hope this document will be able to help students resolve the difficulties when they study the concept of Rational Number.
