    The purpose of study is exploring the relationships between special educator's job satisfaction and mentally personality traits with special educator in special school and special educator in usual school who is teaching a class for handicapped children. Following are questions of this study: The first, What is the special educator's demographic job satisfaction? The second, What are mentally personality traits with special educator in special school? The subjects of study were 92 special educators in a school for handicapped and 73 special educators in usual school. We used in job satisfaction Question and MMPI inspection. The subjects were inspected by t-test, F-tests, interrelation inspection and regression inspection that were used in statistics program. First, The special educator's demographic job satisfaction was the result : It had no significant difference in the distinction of sex, age groups, work career, the subject of foundation, and school area but had significant difference in qualification, institution type, the stage of school. On relation for their superior and personal relation, the special educator in special school had more high satisfaction than in usual school and job satisfaction in school, the elementary school teacher had a lot of satisfaction. Second, In the special educator's job satisfaction and MMPI section, we knew that two sections had noting to do through personality traits in MMPI inspection. Third, We knew that it had no differences in other personality traits except occupation itself with personality traits in MMPI inspection and the degree of job satisfaction. Based on findings, this study suggest following: The first, It is necessary reforming the system to appoint a qualified person for really special education. The second, It is most important that we have to search the same quality except different quality, because of improving the quality of special education, becoming unification to put together teachers and students.
