    The purposes of this study is to identify the relationship of kindergarten teachers' job satisfaction, job stress, and intention to leave. For the above purposes, the research questions were posed as follows: 1. What are the negative factors that influence the performance of kindergarten teacher' duties? 2. What are the factors that influence job satisfaction? 3. What are the factors that influence job stress? 4. What are the factors that influence intention to leave among performance of teacher' duties, job satisfaction and job stress factor? The subject of this study were 120 kindergarten teachers in Chonnam. This study was performed by a questionnaire consisting of 3 parts. The collected data was analyzed with frequencies, mean, t-test, and regression analysis. The findings of this study were as follows: First, the factors that influence the performance of a kindergarten teachers' duties were extra work outside the office, distribution of duties, payment system, self-development training system etc. The factors of work performance that influence the intentions to leave were related to organization regulations and systems, human relation, and work conditions. Other, job stress factors were child' safety responsibilities, limited free time, payment system, childrens' deviation actions, limited time for material production, lack of rest, etc. Third, job satisfaction was high compared to the 3.33 average, particularly, in occupational pride, democratic organization management, teaching etc. The sub-factors of job satisfaction were similar, regardless of public or private foundations. Fourth, kindergarten teachers seriously considered the tendency of occupation change. There were no statistical differences between public and private foundations concerning the tendency to change occupation. Finally, according to stepwise regression results the factors related to kindergarten teacher' disposition were as follows: 1) The organizational factors of work performance related to the limited promotion system, extra work outside the office, and the conflict between associates. 2) The factors of job stress related to physical environment, lack of convenience facilities, self-control infringement of work, the lack of time for work and material production, the children' safety and responsibility etc. 3) The factors of job satisfaction related to the degree of teachers' opinion and assertion
