    The purpose of this study is design and implementation of a web-based cooperative learning system with Jigsaw Model to analyze 'news making in the class' of middle school computer class and social class. The research questions of this study were as follows; 1. Does able to design and implementation of web-based cooperative learning system with Jigsaw Model? 2. What does effect this system? The solution of this research questions were as follows; 1. Website was implemented to learning system with Jigsaw Model. 2. The methods to achieve of web-based cooperative learning system as follows; ⓐ academic achievement : The data collected in this study were analyzed by t-test using SPSS 10.0 for windows software. ⓑ peer relationship : The result of research were analyzed by t-test using SPSS 10.0 for windows software also. ⓒ estimation of six tutors : personal feedback was used. For the purpose, Kyong ki do Y middle school students were participated in research to verify the academic achievement and peer relationship. On-line project learning was lasting six weeks and syncronized estimations of one elementary school tutors, four middle school tutors, one high school tutor, advice tutors. As a result of researching, following findings were given; First, the effect of on-line project learning system of student's academic achievement in experimental group is appeared significantly difference before experiment and after. The result of analyzing T in group is t=2.278, p>.05, this result is meaning to be profitable in statistics between groups academic achievement. Second, the effect of peer relationship is little difference before experiment and after. The result of analyzing T in group is t=0.267, p
