HEC-HMS를 이용한 순천 동천유역의 설계 홍수량 연구 : 洛東江 臨河地點을 中心으로
(A) Study on the design flood of Dong stream in Sunchon using HEC-HMS

This study was performed to estimate the design flood of Dong stream, the main stream of Sunchon city using HEC-HMS, hydrologic modeling system. Dong stream basin was modeled with 4 subbasins, 2 river reachs and 2 junctions. Rainfall duration was estimated with 6 hour and 50∼200 year frequency-24 hour rainfall, 313∼376 ㎜ were distributed to 10 minute hyetographs with Mononobe equation. Initial loss-constant rainfall loss rate method was used to estimate effective rainfall. Initial loss 5 ㎜ and constant loss rate 0.46 ㎜/hr was applied. Three kinds of synthetic unit hydrograph method, Snyder, Clark and SCS method were applied to transform the design rainfalls. And Muskingum river routing method was applied to simulate the two reaches. As the results of runoff calculation, the estimates using SCS were the largest in three unit hydrograph method. 200 year frequency flood by SCS method showed 624 ㎥/s at upstream of Dong stream, 1,365 ㎥/s at confluence of Seakhyun stream and 1,484 ㎥/s at confluence of OK stream. They are similar to the results of existing analysis using empirical equation.
