    The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of WBD on academic achievement and attitude formation of student. The research problems of this study are as follows. 1. To What extent does WB Discussion affect academic achievement? 2. To What extent does WB Discussion affect Learning attitude change? To verify this research problem, students of two middle schools in cheonnam participated in this research. All divided into control and experimental group took pre-tests and post-tests on academic achievement and learning attitude. Web-based individual learning and discussion were applied to the experimental group. Only Web-based individual learning was applied to the control group. The differentiation on post-learning achievement and attitude was analyzed by t-test and F-test technique. Program Excel 2000 was used for the analysis of post-learning achievement and SPSS was used for the analysis of learning attitude. The findings of the study were as follows. First, hypothesis I was accepted. There was a significant difference in learning achievement between two groups. Average score of group using BBS was higher than that of the other group. Second, hypothesis II was not accepted. There was not a significant difference in attitude change about waste separating between two groups. Based on the findings, it was concluded that the W13 Discussion positively affects learning achievement. In future, it was recommended that some points as follows First, multiple forments includy Animation should be considered to present Learning contents on Web. Second, In addition to study with Learning materials on Web, it should be considered that learners must practice what they learned via Web in the real settings.
