    The cultural importance of school system is getting emphasized according to the fact that successfully operated school system, in general, has its own unique culture in common. This study analyzes what the culture of school system is, and shows the relationship between the culture of school system and its effectiveness. The effectiveness of school system is defined as the result of various outputs produced through ordinary curriculum and extra activities at school. Accordingly, four standards are chosen as the evidence of that effectiveness as following: First, productivity which means its educational quality, quantity, and efficiency at school Second, problem-solving abilities and the appropriate reaction to educational needs Third, the flexibility of school system Last, the extent of teacher's satisfaction For this study three hundred and fifty teachers in middle or high school at random participated in survey, and as an analyzing tool Frequency Analysis, t-test, One-way Anova, Correlation Analysis, Regression Analysis are used. Consequently, the result of this study is shown as following: First, rules rank first at the awareness of teachers on the culture of school system. Senior teachers, elderly teachers, rural school, middle-sized school show higher awareness on that comparing other groups while gender presents little difference. Second, teachers tend to be aware of achievement in working as a cause of efficient school system. The differences among various groups are almost same as mentioned above. Third, teacher's satisfaction, adaptability, and achievement to school system appears to be deeply related to overall culture of that school. Therefore, the effectiveness of middle or high school system is likely to increase or decrease according to its own culture.
