    The present study compares and analyzes the image quality of detectors in each system for breast image tests. The objective of this study is to generate basic data as criteria for quality control of the breast image test system by comparing the scoring method of ACR Phantom to the physical measuring method of MTF used for quality control in consideration of psychological or clinical aspect of assessment. In order to evaluate the image quality using ACR Phantom, scoring values were compared and significance and reliability of all results were analyzed and rated by means of SPSS (version 10.1), a program for statistics. The analysis of reliability attested to Cronbach's α value of 0.7194, ensuring the outcomes of this study as reliable. From comparison and analysis of Screen-Film, CR(50㎛), CR(100㎛) and DR systems conducted to 4 items of fiber, calcification, mass and total scores for image rating of ACR Phantom, following results could be drawn: In terms of fiber, first of all, CR(50㎛) and DR each gained the highest points with 4.2, followed by Screen-Film with 3.9 and CR(100㎛) with 3.2.
