    This study researched the effects of education and training program which was developed for hospitals on the attitude and behavior of the employees in three subjects First, this study researched the appropriateness of the contents of the education and training program. The results showed that the average values were 3.7 to 4.1 which were very satisfactory. Second, this study researched the correlation between education and training and the variables of the results. The results showed that the satisfaction of the contents of education and training were very significant on the results of education of which significance was 1%. Third, this study researched the correlation of the satisfaction level of education and the results of education in terms of change of attitude after the education. The correlation coefficients of the constants are -0.13 to 0.26 which show a weak correlation but the constants has 1% significance which means it is significant. The coefficients of the latter are -0.10 to 0.46 which show a strong correlation. From this study, it was found that the satisfaction level of education and training has a strong correlation with the organizational commitment of the employees such as the royalty to the organization, willingness to contribute to the organization and acceptance of policy. It was also found that the program of education and training was helpful for the development of organization and employees in business organization. In addition, this study suggests the how the program for education and training should be developed and supplemented in the future in order to satisfy various organization members and produce excellent outcome of the organization after analyzing the correlation between the education results and the education and training which were carried out considering the personal characteristics and the change of attitude and behavior after finishing education.
