    There are some methods in restoration of missing data in image processing. We must make good use of many data to perform image reconstruction. But the data we acquired are limited in use because the X-ray inspection system transfers image data in real time. Therefore, if the acquired data are beyond of limit of average value for image reconstruction, we must regard the data as error. These data cannot be utilized in image processing. Moreover, if the range of data is narrow, we will acquire blurring image as a result of the number of data for restoration is increased. Oppositely, if the range of data is wide, we will difficult in reading of image data. Therefore, range of data for discrimination between normal and error data is very important. In this study, we have been suggested algorithm for calculation of the optimum range of image data using a correlation between missing data and the range. Moreover, we used module compensation and gain compensation for normal data and used restoration of error data using bilinear interpolation for error data. And, this algorithm applied to image acquisition of real-time CIS(Cargo Inspection System)
