Interface design has considered performing degree of users as important up to the present but, a system reflecting user's satisfaction in design is keenly needed to succeed in market. In other words, to bring more success in market with highly competitive ability, both user's performing degree and sensitive satisfaction have to be reflected in interface design systematically. In this study, I'd like to suggest evaluating way being able to reflect user's satisfaction in the process of interface design. To accomplish this, focusing on developing a method with fuzzy theory to get over a limit of Kansei engineering approaching method. Before applying fuzzy theory, I'd like to suggest a new fuzzy membership function being able to used in human engineering area, which is the same as evaluation on a intellectual judgement of human being to assume more accurate and reliable result and, an evaluating model rooted in fuzzy rules based on defined fuzzy membership function. Accordingly, based on this I also apply through studying cases and look at closely reliability and validity by suggesting evaluating model on user's satisfaction of fuzzy rule basis. In case study, I consider the contrast of luminosity, saturation and hue on background and text, which are important design variables when designing a website. Because of the difference of preference and sensibility among users it's very useful to verify the reliability and validity of model, which is suggested in this study.
