    In the research object person of the research which sees the explanation to say in advance about experiment, obtained a consent. 800m in order to examine closely the punishment training kinetic method affects in record improvement in order players to rise analytical result leads and the conclusion which draws with afterwords is same. The research which sees selected 10 people Kyonggi-Do Bu Chun seesaw re-junior high school man middle-distance runners and 5 people the radio assigned in 2 groups. Also the data analysis used a statistical program SAS 9.1 and statistical analysis. Level of significance. According to the punishment training kinetic duration which is the effect did not appear about 800m records. When seeing 800m records which follows in training duration averagely, with the fact that the punishment training duration which is improves long the recording 800m record which will become. According to punishment training kinetic duration and the method which are the effect appeared about 800m records. When seeing concretely, punishment training which is considered a kinetic method and a duration, when affects in 800m records examining, the kinetic method influenced to 800m records, with the fact that is shortened the punishment which is existing the earning 800m record which is a load. Kinetic duration and kinetic method and duration interaction with the fact that will not influence to 800m records. In conclusion, strength and weakness in motion, the training method which repeats is the training method which is important for record shortening. Therefore must be developed the training program which is important is applied effectively in the player and for a training program improvement.
