PFC프로세스에 의한 Fe78Si9B13 비정질 합금리본 제조 및 열처리 특성에 관한 연구

In this study, as process variables influencing on surface roughness and soft magnetic property, the influence of annealing temperature, injection pressure for an air curtain and material quality of cooling roll is estimated when making amorphous alloy ribbon by PFC process. In surface hardness, although there is difference as Cu-Cr-Zr alloy is 67.6 and Cu-Be-Ni alloy is 95.3, there was no big difference after coating Cr and Ni. As a result of measuring a contact angle between these two samples, first Cu-Cr-Zr (91.0°) increases more than Cu-be-Ni (82.5°). Especially, in case of coating Cr and Ni to Cu-Cr-Zr ally, since a contract angle is over 90° and it is non-wetting or hydrophobic, it is confirmed that there is no increase of amorphous forming ability and surface roughness. Onset temperature of Crystallization is near 425℃. As a result of measuring toroidal core sample with 50Hz source frequency and 700A/m penetrated magnetic field according to heat treatment temperature, it shows linearity until 415℃ and increases to B700(T)=1.11T. However, in 435℃, it slightly decreases to 1.096T. Saturated magnetic Density shows excellent heat treatment in N2 atmosphere rather than Ar atmosphere and sharply increases until 395℃, but there is no big difference after the temperature. Also, permeability, iron loss and coercive force value have excellent heat treatment in N2 gas atmosphere rather than Ar gas.
