    This paper addresses the development of the scheduling model for the polymer battery assembly process. The problem is formulated as a mixed-integer linear programming (MILP) model. The objective of this model is to maximize the total number of outputs. The amount of materials produced by every task each day can be determined by this model. The MILP model is validated with data from the real-world polymer battery assembly plant which can be represented as a multiproduct batch process. Through the case study, the model provides the optimal operational scheduling of the target plant with the increase in productivity by 6.3%.
