    The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between school life etiquette consciousness and school adjustment in high school students. The school life etiquette consciousness composed of three variables including human relations, attitude toward instruction, and school rules. School adjustment composed of five variables including school environment adjustment, school teacher adjustment, school instruction adjustment, school peer adjustment, and school life adjustment. Subjects were 209 second graders (114 boys, and 95 girls) and 200 third graders (116 boys and 84 girls). To analyze 2(graders: 2nd·3rd) x genders (girl·boys) ANOVA was applied. And multiple regression analysis was applied to analyze the influences of school life etiquette consciousness on school adjustment. Main findings from this study were as follows: First, attitude toward instruction, and school rules school life etiquettes showed significant difference between graders while human relations * A thesis was submitted to the Committee of the Graduate School of Education, Main findings of this study were as follows:Gyeongsang National University in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the Degree of Master of Education in August, 2014 etiquettes didn't significant difference between graders. And three variables of school etiquettes showed significant difference between genders. Second, school teacher adjustment, school instruction adjustment, school peer adjustment, and school life adjustment showed significant difference between graders while school environment adjustment didn't significant difference between graders. And school instruction adjustment and school life adjustment showed significant difference between genders while environment adjustment, school teacher adjustment, and school peer adjustment didn't significant difference between genders. Third, there were significant correlation coefficients between school etiquettes variables and school adjustment variables. Fourth, school rules and human relation etiquettes variables affect school adjustment positively.
