    The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between school happiness and school adjustment in high school students. The school happiness composed of six variables including peer relationship, teacher relationship, environmental satisfaction, self-efficacy, pleasure in studying, and psychological stability. School adjustment composed of five variables including school environment adjustment, school teacher adjustment, school instruction adjustment, school peer adjustment, and school life adjustment. Subjects were 206 second graders (112 boys, and 94 girls) and 200 third graders (116 boys and 84 girls). To analyze 2(graders: 2nd·3rd) x genders (girl · boys) ANOVA was applied. And multiple regression analysis was applied to analyze the influences of school happiness on school adjustment. Main findings from this study were as follows: First, teacher relationship, self-efficacy, and psychological stability of school happiness showed significant difference between graders while peer relationship, environmental satisfaction, and pleasure in studying didn't significant difference bewteen graders. And six variables of school happiness were significantly different between graders. Second, school teacher adjustment, school instruction adjustment, and school life adjustment showed significant difference between graders while school environment adjustment and school peer adjustment didn't significant difference between graders. And school instruction adjustment and school life adjustment showed significant difference between genders while environment adjustment, school teacher adjustment, and school peer adjustment didn't significant difference bewteen genders. Third, there were significant correlation coefficient between school happiness variables and school adiustment variables. Fourth, teacher relationship, self-efficacy, pleasure in studying, and school peer relationship of school happiness affect school adjustment positively.
