    In order to verify the effect of combined exercise and aquatic exercise for obese middle-aged women, this study has been made with 36 people, classified by the combined exercise group(n=12), aquatic exercise group(n=12), and control group(n=12) for 12 weeks, as focusing on their positive changes in body composition and blood lipid. The subjects have been made up of the experimental group, participating in aquatic exercise program, and the control group, not participating but conducting this experiment to verify the verification of the effectiveness. After careful examination over the combined exercise and aquatic exercise performed before and after program implementation changes in body composition and blood lipid for 12 weeks, we drew the conclusion as follows.
