    This study's objective is to identify the effect of 'the team sports learning' on group cohesion and school adjustment, in order to verify the effect of 'the team sports learning model.', and is to investigate if 'the team sports learning model' can achieve its goal which is improvement of students' social skills. This study divided students into two groups, and they took a separate class: The first group, which was made up of 124 students (male : 103, female : 21) of 'K' middle school 3rd grade in Kim Hae, took a 'team sports learning model' class. The second group, which was made up of 155 students (male : 86, female : 69) of 'K' middle school 2nd grade in Kim Hae, took a traditional class. Each group had tests of 'group cohesion' and 'school adjustment' before and after the class. The team sports learning model which was applied to the first group was based on futsal game, and proceeded three times per week during eight weeks. Measurement tools used in this study are a group cohesion questionnaire(an internal consistency coefficient is group society cohesion .89, personal-task cohesion .78, group task cohesion .72, and individual society cohesion .57) and a school adjustment questionnaire(an internal consistency coefficient is environment adjustment .91, teacher adjustment .88, class adjustment .80, life adjustment .72, friend adjustment .79) This data was processed by SPSS18.0 Program with descriptive statistics, covariance analysis, and repeated ANOVA. This analysis was performed at the .05 significance level. The result of this study is as follows: First, the execution of the team sports learning model improves group cohesion. It enhances individual society cohesion, personal task cohesion, group society, and group task cohesion particularly. Second, the execution of the team sports learning model improves school adjustment. Especially, it has a positive effect on environment adjustment, teacher adjustment, class adjustment, and life adjustment. Based on these results, this study discussed the effect and the factor of the team sports learning model on group cohesion and school adjustment.
