    A new innovation technique is required due to the rapid business environmental upheaval but the unconditional introduction of innovative activities is instructed and promoted with emphasis on achievement, which results in inefficient performance of management innovation. There was an aspect of outcome according to business innovative activities but an analysis was made to find out how employees experienced fatigue due to management innovation from the viewpoint of promotion speed and strategic aspect. This research analyzed innovation fatigue from a practical point of view on the premise that "employees who have participated in management innovation experience fatigue due to the innovation", and in order to evaluate innovation fatigue on a practical point of view, asked the following questions; First, what is the reason for innovation fatigue? Second, what types of innovation fatigue appear? Third, what measures are available to solve innovation fatigue? According to this study, the reason for innovation fatigue was excessive innovation target and apathy of top management; and such fatigue arose from unequal evaluation without an objective evaluation criteria. As for measures to solve the innovation fatigue due to management innovation, it is required to clearly establish a target (Why), method (How) and object (What) for successful innovation. The target (Why) of management innovation must suggest a clear strategic direction as well as a goal of innovative activities when it leads organization culture of ordinary innovative activities according to suggestion of vision thereof. The method (How) needs guidance to lead interest of participants in innovation based on training of innovation technique and it is required to provide incentives according to appropriate provision and innovation of resources for development of innovative activities. There is need to make a systematic approach and consistent promotion on the object (What) so that they become proud of successful experiences in management innovation. Management innovation activities of business are not only a means to achieve management goal but also a reason for innovation fatigue of officers/employees. Appropriate stimulation improves productivity but excessive stimulation may bring about no outcome of management or adverse effects. Therefore, it is necessary to sufficiently motivate the necessity and goal of innovation, and it is also essential for top management to take interest and participate.
