월미 관광특구 내 차이나타운 거주자들의 삶의 질에 관한 연구

Until now, there are more than 57million overseas Chinese living in South Korea. They have become a very important group and occupied a large proportion in South Korea. There have many studies for them so far, but the studies have traditionally focused on the economy and identity. The study on the residents'quality of life who are living in Chinatown of Wolmi Tourism Zone, has been still in a state of blank, so I think that is an urgent task for paying attention to the Quality of them. In particular, Incheon Chinatown wasn't only the earliest developed and the biggest Chinatown in South Korea, but also belongs to Wolmi tourism zone which was designed in 2001. Obviously, it is easy to see that has typical representativeness to focus on and research for overseas Chinese living in Inchon Chinatown. The purpose of this study is to know the overseas Chinese Quality of life and find the problems which has existed in their life, then help them solve the issues, to improve their quality of life. For this purpose, the following three research questions were set. First, do the living conditions of satisfaction has difference according to the demographic characteristics? Second, do the living conditions of satisfaction has difference according to the cluster community? Third, do the overall quality of life satisfaction has difference according to the basic conditions for the quality of life? To research these questions, the theoretical background about Chinatown, Inchon Chinatown, Special Tourist zone, overseas Chinese, the quality of life were studied. A total of 260 questionnaires were collected for 17days from April 14, 2014 to April 30, 2014. For the approach to the purpose of study, frequency analysis, one way-ANOVA analysis, regression analysis, cluster analysis, correlation analysis and Confirmatory Factor Analysis were taken by using SPSS 21 for Windows as statistical analysis tools. The basic conditions for the quality of life were divided into health management conditions, public security conditions, family and living conditions, education culture/entertainment conditions, economic conditions, social welfare conditions, regional social participation conditions and these conditions were used as independent variables and dependent variables. In addition cluster community contains the personal group, the living pursuit group and social pursuit group, furthermore, high satisfaction group, middle satisfaction group, low satisfaction group. And this study shows the following results. First, the living conditions of satisfaction has difference according to the demographic characteristics, or the demographic characteristics are the significant independent variables for the living conditions of satisfaction. Second, the living conditions of satisfaction has difference according to the cluster community, or the cluster community are the significant independent variables for the living conditions of satisfaction. Third, the overall quality of life satisfaction has difference according to the basic conditions for the quality of life, or the basic conditions for the quality of life are the significant independent variables.
