    Hotel are high consumption areas of concentrated population. The hotels consume lots of energy and materials in order to create a comfortable environment. With the deteriorating global environment, countries are sensitively aware of that it′s obviously necessary and urgent to deal with this important issue, which is relative to the existence of human beings. Countries have introduced laws and regulation and also adjusted the industry to protect the environment. For the hotel industry, which is the representative of service industry, taking the hotels to a way of sustainable development is the inevitable trend, and also the option of future development. In the interior of the hotel, how to run the hotel to the green road, and outside of the hotel, how to protect the support of the development of green technology are worthy of future exploration. At the same time, Green hotel development need to be supported and recognized by the hotel staff, and through the employees action to reflect, so from the perspective of staff to analyze how to promote green hotel development is of great significance. Awareness on green hotels by hotel staff on the basis of market research from the employee's perspective on how to promote the development of Green Hotel. Part one introduction to the papers provided elaborate research background and purpose, scope and methods of research. Part two discusses the meaning of hotel green management the basic theories, concepts and awareness of the environment and type of hotel green management practices intent meaning and explains the components and examples of hotel green management, provide a theoretical basis for subsequent research. Part three based on the content set forth fundamental theories, design study model, based on research models were elaborated analysis methods, sample design, asked the paper form. Part four: an empirical analysis of the demographic characteristics of the respondents with the hotel staff was frequency analysis, application of SPSS 21.0 to factor analysis, reliability analysis, hierarchy regression analysis and correlation analysis, and the analysis results are described. Part five as the paper's conclusion, an overview of the findings of the study indicate, and pointed to research current events and constraints.酒店是人口相对比较集中的高消费场所,酒店为客人创造的舒适环境是依靠消耗大量的能源和物资而得到的,随着全球魂晶的日益恶化,各个国家敏感的意识到应该及时的处理好这一关系人类生存的重要问题,其具有明显的必要性和紧迫性 各个国家开始纷纷出台法律法规来保护环境,并对产业进行调整。对服务行业中具有代表意义的酒店业,将酒店运行绿色化,走可持续发展道路,是酒店业发展的必然趋势,也是未来酒店业发展的唯一选择酒店内部如何运行来实现酒店的绿色化道路,酒店外部如何支撑来保障酒店的绿色化发展都值得进一步探讨。同时,酒店的绿色发展需要得到酒店员工的支持和认可,并通过酒店员工的行动来体现,因此从酒店员工的视角来分析如何促进酒店绿色发展有着重要意义。通过酒店员工关于绿色酒店认知度的市场调研的基础上,从酒店员工的视角探究了如何促进酒店绿色发展。 第一部分导论只要阐述研究的背景及目的、论文的研究范围与方法。 第二部分基础理论论述了酒店绿色经营的涵义,并对环境认识的概念和类型、酒店绿色经营的实践意图的涵义和构成及酒店绿色经营的事例进行了阐述,为此后的研究提供理论上的依据。 第三部分以基础理论所阐述的内容为依据,设计了研究的模型,根据研究模型分别阐述了分析方法、标本设计、设问卷构成。 第四部分实证分析中对调查对象酒店员工的人口统计学特征进行了频度分析,应用SPSS21.0进行了因子分析,可靠性分析,相关关系分析和位阶性回归分析,并对分析结果进行了阐述。 第五部分作为论文的结论,对研究的结果进行了概述性说明,并指出了研究的时事点和局限点。
