    The object of this study is to research the effect of the job stress of the employee who works welfare facilities for the aged and, job stress and verify regulation effect of stress coping behavior relationship with job stress and job commitment. This study conducted survey of workers who work nine welfare centers for the aged in Busan city and five elderly care facilities and 14 facilities. collecting survey data by personal visit or mail survey and the researcher used 184 copies. This results of this study are below. First, In a investigated result of job stress levels by general characters on the survey, The study found that people with age, married, lower level of education, care helpers than social workers, shift workers have higher rates of job stress then the others. Second, odserve standard job stress and job commitment, this study founds that workers got the highest job stress on relationship with work object, next is the the relationship with role of worker and rutine work, and the relationship with a their boss and facilities. The first thing on the survey was positivity, and next is receptivity, attachment, durability in Job commitment. Third, the relationship of job stress and immersion in work, statistically, the higher job stress, the lower immersion in work. Fourth, After looked at the survey the effect of the job stress on job commitment based on regulation effect of stress coping style, job stress and coping style have main effect and interaction effect. in other words, this study shows the effect of the job stress on job commitment differently depending on the way stress coping style. It shows job commitment rate was lower because of job stress is much lower when use the positive coping way than passive coping way. But sub factor and coping stlye of job stress have main effect, not interaction effect in the relationship with their boss and facilities. Considering that the effect of job commitment with positive coping way, the coping stlye wasn't alleviate stress, because of the job satisfaction improvement, aggressive nature, relieve the exhaustion, it can be inferred that will make worker who deal with the stress positive coping way immersion in work more. Also, it is the main effect in the relationship with their boss and facilities, senior welfare center employees with object face-to-face work mainly, More work is needed worker feel a sense of belonging by the medium of their boss's support and encouragement and continued interest. This study on undertone and limits, positive copying style make relieve the job stress and be immersed in work more on the relationship with job stress and job commitment . so elderly nursing home employees have to devise a method for positive copying style and need to interest in worker's job stress and set up a system on organizational transparency. Also, this study should have verified Each of hypothesis continuous variables but, take into losing state information loss because we assorted with both. we will have to devise measures to deal with the compensate the defect of behavior scale and scale development about two industry employees who care helpers than social workers in next study.
