사회적기술 훈련프로그램이 따돌림중학생의 자기효능감과 또래관계에 미치는 효과

The purpose of this study is to verify the effects of self-efficacy and peer relationship on the bulling-related in middle school by applying Social Skills Training Program. In order to verify the purpose of this study, 16personality factors (16PF) was carried out on the first grade of D middle school located at Jin-gu in Pusan. Among dangerous group of targeted-bullying, 20 students were chosen and they were divided into two each 10 student group as control and experimental group. In order to verify the effect of the program, pre- post inspection for self-efficacy and peer relationship were carried out. And SPSS WIN 20.0 was used as quantitative analysis. For the pre-tests for homogeneity between the experimental and control groups for dependent variables, Independent Samples T-test was performed. To validate the effect of specific program variables, the Analysis of Covariance (ANCOVA) was performed on the post-test score. Also, in order to verify the effects on the sub-factors, Multivariate Analysis of Covariance(MANCOVA) was performed on post-test score. The results of this study are as follows. First, the self-efficacy of the bullying-related in middle school after participating the Social Skills Training Program was significantly improved than the students not participated in the program. Second, the peer relationship of the bullying-related in middle school after participating the Social Skills Training Program was significantly improved than the students not participated in the program. And so, the program can be practically used to help the bullying-related in middle school to adapt themselves to school life. Limitation to the current study and recommendations for future research are discussed.
