    According to the business report conducted by the Hospital Nurses Association in 2013, Average turnover rate of nurses was 16.9% which is a considerably high rate. Job embeddedness relates to causes presenting turnover. This study looked into how job embeddedness and self efficiency impacts turnover intension and job satisfaction and intended to further propose efficient human response management Methods through its finding. The survey conducted from March 1, 2014 to March 31, 2014. Study participants were nurses at one university hospital in the city of Bucheon. Total of 250 surveys were passed out and 230 surveys were returned with fourteen surveys incomplete. The completed 216 surveys were used for this study-SPSS Statistics 21.0 program was used to analyze the data. Correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis were executed to figure out how job embeddedness and self-efficacy is related to job satisfaction and turnover intention. The results are as follows. First, higher job embeddedness and self-efficacy correlated, lower employee turnover and higher job satisfaction.
