조직문화, 구조, 경영전략이 조직성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between organizational culture, structure, business strategy and organizational performance, and the mediating effects of knowledge sharing. To achieve the goal of this study, it was accomplished to build theoretical grounds based on precedent studies and to set the research model and hypotheses. In the empirical study, we conducted a survey of 180 medium and small firms. For the empirical findings, we analyze the data through frequency analysis, factorial analysis, reliability analysis and regression analysis by utilizing SPSS for windows. The outcomes are as follows. First, when it comes to the relations between organizational culture and organizational performance, culture was found to have a significant relation with organizational performance. Business strategy had also a significant relation with organization performance. And knowledge sharing had the mediating effects on the relationship between organizational culture and organizational performance, and the relationship between business strategy and organizational performance. On the contrary, structure shows no significant impact on organizational performance. The mediating effects of knowledge sharing on structure and organizational performance was not founded. Based on the research outcomes, it can be concluded that improvement of performance would be possible through management knowledge sharing activities. And it should be considered that the direct and indirect effect of organizational culture and strategy are important to manage the performance.
