    This Study examine whether the innovation success factor and innovation capability affect any influence to the management performance. Purposes of this study were : First, this study was going to examine the causal relationship between attitude of CEO and innovation success factors. Second, In this study was going to examine the intermediation effect of the innovation capability between innovation success factors and management performance. Third, In this study was going to examine what is it that women CEO has to have an interest in connection with an innovation. In order to achieve this purpose of research, this study performed a survey for the Gyeongnam area CEO. To test the hypotheses, data was collected through questionnaire instruments form 156 CEOs. Result of this study : First, Attitude of CEO had an effect on the educational training, evaluation and reward, cooperation between a department. Through this result, This study confirmed that causal relationship exists between the innovation success factors. Also this result means that, in order to a company succeeds the innovation activity, CEO support is most important. Second, Educational training and Evaluation-Reward had an effect on theR&D capability, production capability and learning capability. Through this result, This study confirmed that CEO has to have an interest about a cooperation between a department and CEO has to support for a cooperation between a department. Third, Innovation capability had an effect on management performance. This result is the same results of Souitaris(2002), Schroeder et. al.(2002). Fourth, It was investigated as an CEO's attitude to have an effect on a management performance through the innovation capability. Educational training and Evaluation-Reward to have an effect on a management performance through the innovation capability, but a cooperation between a department directly effected management performance. Through this result, A company can secure the discriminative competitive advantage through the innovation capability. and in order to secure the innovation capability, a company has to try in order to excavate and secure the innovation success factors. Fifth, There was exposed to be no difference above result between men and women CEO. But in the case of women CEO, they have to have an interest about a cooperation between a department better and they shouldn't cherish a support against the evaluation-reward and invest to the R&D capability
