    The object of this paper is a comparative study of Korea and China's mobile communications industry. It is based on the Structure Conduct Performance theory (SCP) Frame to analyze and compare the mobile communications industry's market structure, firm behavior and market performance of Korea and China. Finally, propose improvement direction of Korea and China's mobile communication industry. Through research, the main conclusions and innovation are as follows: The research of Market structure: I analyze Market concentration, product differentiation, entry barrier. First, this paper adopt Concentration Ratio(CRn) and Herfindahl-Hirschman index(HHI) to measure the market structure of Korea an China's mobile communication industry, to prove Korea and China's communications industry are High monopoly. The competition degree of Korea communications market is greater than China's. Second, the analysis of product differentiation shows that:Similar goods and services provided by operators and each operator's market share difference is significant, that means the operator which first enter the market have first mover advantage. Finally, the Korea and China's mobile communication industry both have entry barriers obviously, because industry develop direct controlled by governments, (including:the number of operators, operating range and frequency, etc.). The research of firm behavior: I analyze the Price behavior and non-price behavior. First, price behavior of Korea and China's mobile communications industry recommended and controlled by telecommunication office (including; mobile phone fee, promotional policy, etc.), so operators operating in the limited space. The services provided by the operators were similar, so the weaker operators even use "price war" directly. For attractive user, Korean Firms provide user some calling plans like that, who use the same operator or even different operator can make free calls. Second, Non-price behavior strategy: The firms in Korea mainly use handset subsidy to competition. And the firms in China mainly present wireless data to attractive user. The research of Market Performance: I analyze financial indicators (Margin) and efficiency indicators. First, I use profitability to evaluate its performance. According to the Performance results show:China Mobile and SKT tied for first, followed by China Telecom and China Unicom. The firms in China have great disparity and because of the great disparity China's mobile communications market have a lower competition effect than Korea.
