Feedback is one of the most emphasized factor. It's used in various area such as business decision, job consulting, performance assessment, education. To survive in hard competition, employees must fulfill company's need. In order to fulfill company, employees must comprehend what company wants and moreover should know how to achieve the goal for company. In our daily business , team leader's "feedback" is a way more important manner to improve the quality of one team's deliverables. In the process of reaching the goal, feedback of management team drives more attention than ever. This Study's purpose as follow: first, Let's see how feedback works on team members' capability of innovation and creation. second, To validate if there is a bond between positive feedback and team members' personel innovation and creation, more specific work needs to be done on comparing the mutual effort of positive feedback and negative feedback from leaders and team members' personnel capability to be more proactive and innovative. In this study, survey was conducted by members who work in companies in the medium and small firm, enterprise of middle standing and major company. Date were collected by a total of 160 members, The analysis of SPSS 18.0 was used to test the causal model. The result of this study are the followings. First, Have a good effect on the individual creativity of subordinate staff positive feedback leader. Second, Has nothing to do with the effect of individual creative achievements of subordinate staff fraud feedback of leader. Third, Has nothing to do with the good effect of individual creativity interaction of positive feedback incorrect feedback of leader. Fourth, in terms of the relation between leader's feedback and personal creativity, positive leadership has a controlling-effect in part. Leader's negative leadership affects a little to personal creativity. Providing the leaders give right positive evaluation and suitable hegative assessment, there is still a difference in how the leader recognize the range of the feedback and how much his men accepts it, Therefore, we can confirm that when the both positive feedback and negative one are small in number, the originality of employees gets higher.
