Hotel Employee's Emotional Labor Influencing

The purposes of this study are to understand the type of Emotional Labor and analyze the Influence on Job Stress and Turnover Intention. Based on previous document research, I organize the emotional labor, job stress and turnover intention's theory system. And, using the result of the research, I present the set up hypothesis and suggest the research model and analyze the collected data and through factual research. It emerged that Hotel Employee's Emotional Labor influence the harmful effect and physiological stress influence on the turnover intention. Also, not only employee but also middle managers are influenced by physiological stress. As a expected academic effect, this research suggest effective counterstrategies about jay customer and implications for human resource administration.
