    With the recent strong demands for high data rate support to cope with the explosive wireless data traffic, there has been steady interest in minimizing an impact of interferences, and interference alignment has attracted considerable attention over multi-source wireless communication environments where multiple transceivers communicate with each other sharing the same frequency band. In this thesis, we consider various interference alignment systems over multi-source wireless networks. At first, we propose a transmission protocol in the relaying system where we utilize the interference alignment to reduce the interferences and ultimately to improve system capacity. We extend our proposed transmission scheme to the more general scenarios and analyze the degrees of freedom to verify the superior performance of the proposed scheme. From a practical perspective, we also study low complexity interference alignment systems. Instead of iterative methods, we propose a linear transceiver design only utilizing spatial domain by multiple antennas. Moreover, we address resource allocation criteria based on spatial-frequency-domain-based interference alignment scheme in MIMO-OFDM systems, and propose a subcarrier switching method to reduce a feedback load. We verify the performance from the simulation results with a variety of performance indicators such as degrees of freedom and sum-rate.
