Ejaculatory dysfunction after retroperitoneal lymphadenectomy.
The effects of retroperitoneal lymphadenectomy on ejaculation have been examined in 186 patients who had removal of residual masses after chemotherapy for metastatic non-seminomatous germ cell tumours.
