The Tourism Marketing Strategies for the Japanese Market : To Build an Exit from the Tourism Recession
Japanese tourists were the "Big Apple" to the Korean travel agents. But. They did not feel like to know "why". only suppose that geographical and economic closeness between two countries might work for them. But. we find the number of Japanese tourists coming to Korea is "a very small piece of pie" in the market scale and bigger portion left. This is the time for the Korean travel agents to re-evaluate the Japanese tourist market even for escaping from the market regression. and this paper is for such a purpose. However. this paper shows Japanese travellers in their 20"s, who like to cook and do shopping, is increasing and they are highly sensitive to the security and hygiene of the destination and do not stay for long term.
