서울시내 고등학교 위탁급식의 만족도에 관한 실증연구
Investigation of Student Satisfaction for High School Contract Foodservice in Seoul
The purpose of this study is to find out factors affecting satisfaction level of high school students in Seoul. Data was collected from 585 high school students out of 11 high schools that have contract with institutional foodservice firms. The results of this study indicate that overall students at public high school are more satisfied than those at private schools. Depending on the eating place, reputation of contract foodservice firms, and types of high school, the satisfaction level of school foodservice satisfaction factors was significantly different. Factors affecting overall satisfaction levels turned out to be a variety of menu and side dishes, quality of service, cleanliness of menu and dishes. Cooperation among contract foodservice firms, schools, and government will aid in developing a better school foodservice system that reflects students" needs expressed in terms of satisfaction levels.
