    초록

    The objective of this survey is to characterize personal magnetic field exposure of the general population in Korea. The participants of the survey on magnetic field exposure were selected randomly in some occupations. The participant wore the magnetic field meter for about 25∼28 hours and the data were stored in the meter. Because this is a preliminary for the main survey, it was done with 36 participants only. For the main survey, about 400 subjects by occupation will be done. The statistics of the 24-hour exposure data are the major concern of this survey However the survey provided the opportunity to analyze exposures corresponding to different types of activities. It was analyzed by separating periods of time corresponding to the following activities: entire 24-hour period, in bed, at work and by occupation.

    The present study describe the electrical performance of amorphous T $a_2$ $O_{5-X}$ fabricated on the buffer layers Ti and Ti $O_2$ . T $a_2$ $O_{5-X}$ thin films were grown on the Ti and Ti $O_2$ layers as a capacitor layer using reactive sputtering method. The X-ray pattern analysis indicated that the two as-deposited films were amorphous and the amorphous state was kept stable on the RTA(rapid thermal annealing) at even $700^{\circ}C$ . Measurements of dielectric properties of the reactive sputtered T $a_2$ $O_{5-X}$ thin films fabricated in two simple MIS(metal insulator semiconductor), structures, (Cu/T $a_2$ $O_{5}$ Ti/Si and CuT $a_2$ $O_{5}$ Ti $O_2$ Si) show that the amorphous T $a_2$ $O_{5}$ grown on Ti showed high dielectric constant (23~39) and high leakage current density(10 $^{-3}$ ~10 $^{-4}$ (A/ $\textrm{cm}^2$ )), whereas relatively low dielectric constant (~15) and tow leakage current density(10 $^{-9}$ ~10 $^{-10}$ (A/ $\textrm{cm}^2$ )) were observed in the amorphous T $a_2$ $O_{5}$ deposited on the Ti $O_2$ layer. The electrical behaviors of the T $a_2$ $O^{5}$ thin films were attributed to the contribution of Ti- $O_2$ and the compositionally gradient Ta-Ti-0, being the low dielectric layer and high leakage current barrier. In additional, The T $a_2$ $O_{5}$ Ti $O_2$ thin films exhibited dominant conduction mechanism contributed by the Poole-Frenkel emission at high electric field. In the case of T $a_2$ $O_{5}$ Ti $O_2$ thin films were related to the diffusion of Ta, Ti and O, followed by the creation of vacancies, in the rapid thermal treated thin films.films.

    The influence of ultraviolet (UV) irradiation and corona on the surface degradation of high temperature vulcanized (HTV) silicone rubber used for outdoor insulation through measuring surface voltage decay after corona charging, surface resistivity, contact angle and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) analysis was studied. The surface resistivity calculated by the surface voltage decay was compared with a value directly obtained from the three electrode method having the guard ring electrode. A good agreement between the two methods for surface resistivity was obtained. UV treated specimens showed the slower decrease of surface voltage decay, while the corona exposed specimens showed a dramatically faster decrease. Although both artificial treatments cause the same oxidative products, which was confirmed with XPS, we could distinguish the difference between the reactions of the two treatments by monitoring the surface voltage decay on corona-charged specimen. In addition, we could derive the specific surface states of the silicone rubber treated by accelerated artificial aging factors and the degradation process.

    The electromagnetic properties and thermal behavior of Mn-Zn ferrite cores for the blocking filter of PLC application were investigated as the function of additives. The highest density and permeability were 4.98 g/㎤ and 8,221, respectively and were obtained to the specimen with composition of MnO 24 mol%, ZnO 25 mol% and Fe $_2$ O $_3$ 51 mol%, added MoO $_3$ of 400 ppm, SiO $_2$ of 100 ppm, and CaO of 200 ppm. The uniform grains were organized, and the microstructures were compacted due to reduction of pores in the specimen. The permeability was increased up to 13,904 as the temperature of specimen increased to 110。C. However, it was decreased precipitously under 100 over 110。C. The exothermic behavior was observed in the frequency range from 1 kHz to 1 MHz, and the maximum temperature of specimen was 102。C at 1 MHz. In the consequence, the Mn-Zn ferrite core developed in this research will maintain the stable electromagnetic properties since the temperature of ferrite core rose to 93 。C in the range of 100 kHz to 450 kHz bandwidth qualified for PLC. The blocking filters were designed for single phase and three phases using the in-line and non-contact core. The best attenuation ratios of -46.46 dB and -73.9 dB were measured in the range of 100 kHz to 450 kHz bandwidth, respectively.

    The pyroelectric sensor of P(VDF/TrFE) film as sensing materials has been fabricated and evaluated with another commercial pyroelectric sensor using ceramic materials for sensing, The device was mounted in TO-5 housing to detect infrared light of a 5.5~14 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ wavelength. The NEP(noise equivalent power) and specific detectivity D* of the device were 2.13 $\times$ 10 $^{-8}$ W and 9.37 10 $^{6}$ cm/W under emission energy of 13 ㎼/ $\textrm{cm}^2$ , respectively.
