    Nowadays many corporates make use of teams to complete tasks that individuals could not tackle alone. To effectively fulfill tasks, team members with different backgrounds work cooperatively and communicate constantly. In the process, relationship conflicts within the team inevitably occur due to clashes in personality and or values, which are empirically proved to be negative for completion of tasks. The paper focuses on the relationship conflicts resulted from exchanging and sharing knowledge between team members when completing the given tasks and accordingly develops a method to model and measure such conflicts. Based on the developed method, several simulations for the interaction of team members have been conducted to aim revealing the micro-mechanism of generation of relationship conflicts. Experimental results show that relationship conflicts can be generated and evolved with knowledge transfer between team members. Furthermore, impact factors on relationship conflicts as well as team creativity are deeply analyzed from the personality point of view.

    This paper aims to find a new evaluation method for collecting Kansei and Context data, which is based on a partial comparison process; and a specification method based on customer's target, which is suitable for the special Kansei and Context data obtained from partial comparison process. For collecting Kansei and Context data, we randomly select 5 objects from all objects, and ask people to compare them on each attribute. After many times comparisons, many comparison lists will be obtained. With these lists, we map them into a directed graphic, and with using some graphic processing techniques, we combine all the comparison lists into a whole list without any contradictions, and we map the whole list into a certain range as our evaluated data. To access these special Kansei and Context data, we also discussed two specification methods based on semantic differential method. To test the new method on collecting Kansei data and the specification method, a comparison system and a recommendation system are developed.

    This paper introduces the active learning strategy to the classical back-propagation neural network algorithm and proposes punishing-characterized active learning Back-Propagation (BP) Algorithm (PCAL-BP) to adapt to big data conditions. The PCAL-BP algorithm selects samples and punishments based on the absolute value of the prediction error to improve the efficiency of learning complex data. This approach involves reducing learning time and provides high precision. Numerical analysis shows that the PCAL-BP algorithm is superior to the classical BP neural network algorithm in both learning efficiency and precision. This advantage is more prominent in the case of extensive sample data. In addition, the PCAL-BP algorithm is compared with 16 types of classical classification algorithms. It performs better than 14 types of algorithms in the classification experiment used here. The experimental results also indicate that the prediction accuracy of the PCAL-BP algorithm can continue to increase with an increase in sample size.

    In this paper we consider linguistic information aggregation problems where a prioritization relationship exists over attributes. The authors define a prioritized 2-tuple ordered weighted averaging (PTOWA) operator to aggregate satisfactions of alternatives under attributes with a linear prioritized ordering. The authors then use the PTOWA and a TOWA operator to aggregate linguistic information where attributes are partitioned into some categories of which prioritization between categories exists. Finally, two illustrative examples are employed to show the feasibility of the proposed method.

    In this paper the authors investigate critical phase transition characteristic of collective action by considering the mechanisms of both rational utility and psychological threshold based on the Granovetter (1978)'s threshold model. Numeric simulation is used to observe the collective dynamics with consideration of both spatial factor and social network friendship density. The authors observe that activation threshold model with both utility and psychological thresholds included shows more stable in phase transition than that in the classic model. The authors also find that spatial factor and friendship network density have trivial impact on final equilibrium of collective behavior.
